The short version

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no ads and no trackers. If you join our newsletter, we keep your email address so we can send it to you, and nothing else.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which handles your IP address and basic request details to deliver pages and block attacks. See Cloudflare's privacy policy. Our fonts and images are served from this site, so your browser doesn't contact anyone else.

The newsletter

If you sign up, your email address and the date you joined are stored by Buttondown, the service that sends our newsletter. We use your address only to send news about Night Chorus Games and our games. We never sell or share it. Open and click tracking is turned off.

Every email has an unsubscribe link, or you can write to us and we'll remove you.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@nightchorusgames.com and we'll reply within 30 days.

Children

The newsletter is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their addresses. If you think a child has signed up, tell us and we'll delete it.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
